I started my path in Human Resources (HR) by stumbling into a business class at UC-Berkeley and instantly connected with all things HR - the human interaction; the creative problem solving; the progressive tools and systems; the continuous learning; and the multitude of opportunities to enable employee success, drive company goals, and help people!
I launched my career with Google to get that “big brand” experience. Then transitioned to working for technology companies in various human resources roles and surrounded myself with extraordinary HR and business leaders. I leveraged my love of learning and constantly growing skillset to drive impact across nearly every single HR specialty.
Now, with more than 20 + years in high-level leadership, I have uniquely diverse, global experience serving as an HR Business Partner as well as leading the full HR function as Chief People Officer across the gamut of industries and business settings, including startups, Fortune 500, Series A, and Series B companies.
